CORE PRACTICE
What I Do
What I actually work on: BIM practice, the code that moves spatial data between tools, and the digital twin work tying it together.
Architecture & BIM Management
Seven years at Tengbom in Stockholm on hospitals, housing, and Arlanda Airport's Terminal 5 expansion. Three of those as BIM Manager — running exports, coordinating models across disciplines, and supporting the team on Revit and standards.
Tools & Pipelines
I write Revit plugins (C#), Python converters for geospatial formats, and FME workbenches. Mostly focused on getting BIM data out of authoring tools and into platforms that can actually use it — CityGML, IMDF, 3D Tiles, Unity.
Digital Twin Work
Currently at JRE Consultants in Tokyo. Building the BIM models and data pipelines behind Sta.navi, JR East's indoor navigation app, which also feeds Japan's PLATEAU national 3D city model.

Featured Project
Shinjuku Indoor Navigation
Revit models of the buildings surrounding Shinjuku Station — Lumine 1, Lumine EST, NEWoMan, Busta, and Yodobashi East and West — plus the station's connection points for indoor navigation. Output goes two places: FBX for the Unity-based navigation app, and CityGML/3D Tiles for public release under PLATEAU, Japan's national 3D city model.
BUILT TOOLS
Tools I've Built
Plugins and converters that move BIM data into the formats that downstream platforms actually expect.
WORKING SYSTEM
The tools and data layers I actually work across
The stack changes from project to project. The method stays the same: understand the source model, preserve the important information, and translate it into something usable.

JLPT N3 certified, currently studying for N2 (scheduled July 2026).
Current focus
- Getting detailed Revit models out into formats interactive apps can use (FBX, CityGML, 3D Tiles).
- Replacing brittle multi-step legacy conversion workflows with Python and C# converters.
- Connecting indoor navigation models to PLATEAU's city-scale data.
